When may a petition for reconsideration of final judgments be accepted?

A petition for reconsideration of final judgments may not be accepted unless it is based on one of the grounds stipulated by law, such as the discovery of forgery in the documents, or obtaining new decisive evidence, or the occurrence of material fraud affecting the judgment, or the judgment being issued for something not requested or exceeding it, or inconsistency in the judgment's operative part, or its issuance in absentia, or against a party who was not validly represented.
