The Regulator aims, by requiring prior notification, to formally notify and warn the other party in a manner that encourages them to settle the dispute amicably before resorting to litigation and to take the initiative to discharge their obligations. This contributes to saving the time and effort of the parties to the dispute, in accordance with Article 19 of the Commercial Courts Law and Article 70 of its Implementing Regulations.
