What are the conditions for the recognition of duress in the Civil Transactions Law?

Duress is the unlawful threat to a person by physical or moral means that instills fear in them, compelling them to act. It is established if the threat involves an imminent grave danger affecting the coerced person's self, honor, or property, or if the threat is directed at another person, and the coerced person would not have concluded the contract had it not been for the duress.
