What types of evidence can the court rely upon to establish rights in commercial disputes?

The court may rely on written evidence such as contracts and their addenda bearing the seals of the parties, delivery reports, and invoices to establish rights and obligations. Such evidence holds considerable probative force, especially if not contested by the opposing party, in accordance with Article (29) of the Law of Evidence and based on the Almighty Allah's saying: (O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts).
