What is the supplementary oath and what are the regulations for administering it in judicial proceedings?

The supplementary oath is an oath administered by the court to one of the parties to the lawsuit to complete the evidence, and it may not be tendered back to the other party. The oath shall be administered to the stronger of the litigants, who is the party possessing a presumption or incomplete evidence that requires completion, in accordance with Articles (92) and (93) of the Law of Evidence.
