A financial right is proven by submitting written documents evidencing it, such as certified invoices. The failure of the party required to perform to appear, despite proven notification of the judicial proceedings, results in the litigation being considered 'حضورية' (presential) in some regulations, which deprives them of their right to submit defenses or denials. This is in accordance with Article 29 (Paragraph 1) of the Law of Evidence, Article 30 of the Commercial Courts Law, Royal Order No. (14388) dated 25/03/1439 AH, and Supreme Judicial Council Resolution No. (219/6/39) dated 12/04/1439 AH.
