What are the necessary conditions for written evidence, bank transfers, and witness testimony to be considered sufficient to prove a claim in commercial lawsuits?

Written evidence is considered insufficient if it does not clearly establish the contractual relationship between the parties to the lawsuit. Bank transfers are deemed inconclusive if they are in the names of indirect parties or do not explicitly indicate the nature of the sale transaction subject to the dispute. Furthermore, witness testimony is not admissible in proving claims whose value exceeds one hundred thousand Saudi Riyals, in accordance with Article (66), paragraphs (1, 2) of the Law of Evidence and Article (70), paragraph (2) of the Procedural Rules for the Law of Evidence.
