What are the procedural rules related to the plea of lack of jurisdiction of the court or inadmissibility of the claim in the judicial system?

A plea of lack of jurisdiction of the court may be raised due to the absence of its general competence (wilaya), or due to the type or value of the claim. Similarly, a plea of inadmissibility of the claim may be raised due to the absence of legal standing (locus standi), legal capacity, or interest, or for any other reason. Furthermore, a plea of res judicata (non-admissibility of the claim due to prior judgment) may also be raised. These pleas may be submitted at any stage of the proceedings, and the court may rule on them ex officio, in accordance with Article (76) of the Law of Sharia Procedure.
