What is the binding force of documents authenticated under the Law, and what are the conditions for their cancellation?

Documents issued in accordance with the provisions of the Notarization Law possess probative force and are considered an enforcement instrument. Their content must be acted upon by the courts without the need for additional evidence. They cannot be challenged except by a judicial ruling. Their cancellation shall be based on their violation of Sharia principles or legal provisions, or proof of their forgery, after completing the judicial litigation procedures.
