What are the conditions for accepting a petition for judicial review of final judgments?

A petition for judicial review of final judgments shall not be accepted unless it falls under one of the cases exclusively specified in the Law, such as the judgment being based on forged documents, or obtaining conclusive documents that could not be presented previously, or the occurrence of fraud, or the judgment ruling on something not requested or exceeding what was requested, or a contradiction in the operative part of the judgment, or a default judgment, or the judgment being issued against someone who was not properly represented.
