What are the essential particulars that must be included in the request for arbitration pursuant to Article (9) of the Implementing Regulations of the Arbitration Law?

The request for arbitration must include the following essential particulars: the name of the party requesting arbitration and their representative, profession, nationality, domicile, address, and means of communication; the name of the other party to the arbitration; a brief statement of the contractual relationship, the arbitration agreement, the subject matter of the dispute and its facts; a summary encompassing the requests of the party requesting arbitration; and a proposal for the appointment of an arbitrator or a notice of the appointment of the chosen arbitrator, all in accordance with Article (9) of the Implementing Regulations of the Arbitration Law.
